OK, I've got a week before Summer School starts, and I'm feeling lucky.  Besides, I want to test a new cage.  Here we go.
No Mercy

There is a big difference between feeling lucky and being lucky although it looks like you might learn this the hard way before school starts.

I can't help but notice everyone seems to like finding reset cards. Don't think they help you very much.

Is it my lucky day?...  Once again I found reset early in the day but manage to avoid double for a while, so  the impact of the first double up wasn't to disruptive...

Only 1 green to find.😃  With a relatively small deck...(4 reds, 2 yellows and 1 double up) and about 7 picks before night time...

If I don't pick the double, I'll probably escape tonight 😉

Got the last green!!!😎
I felt like gambling so I take the 50/50 option at release and got my exit pass...

I really enjoyed this lock sir.
Especially when you let me soak in my desperate predicament for a day or two...

Thank to have helped me break my record and push my limit beyond 1 week.

Well done and congratulations. I was just about to sneak a twist in your deck to discover I was too slow. Maybe next time.

Looks like someone got extremely lucky. I notice you conquered the lock on your 2nd full day in less than 10 hours.
That's the quickest so far. Congratulations.

It's been 2 weeks since this lock started and thought some might like a few stats.

Looking through the list of 5 escapees the avarage lock time has been about 6 days. One lucky user escaped in 2 days.

And my suspected escape artist has lost his mojo. Still going past the 13 day mark.

2 users have deserted before making 24 hours and 3 corpses got released after more than 24 hours of inactivity after loading the lock.

If anyone likes to leave any feedback on how they found the deck. Was it just right, too hard or too easy? Also how did it feel racing against the clock?

I already left comments during the course of the lock...  But here is a global summary.

I really enjoyed the lock and it challenge.
I also enjoyed the twists you added to it (blindfold, reset day, clean the mess you made... etc).
The day I escaped I either get extremely lucky or it is a bit on the easy side...  I.e. if you get a bad start it is pretty over until next reset... if you have a good start you can be out in half a day.

Looking forward to give it another trial...

Thanks for the feedback again. I think it has been a little easier than I expected and wanted it to be but it's easy enough to spice up if lockees want the extra challenge. Will probably keep it running for a while if any else is interested.

The other thought I've had running the lock is having it auto reset as I was originally wanted might take away a lot of the cat and mouse fun between the lockee and keyholder. The mystery of finding out if it will be reset early or lat adds another dimension. Maybe if the bots could offer auto resets based on how kind or mean they are. Would require specially crafted decks and guidelines to be programmed for it to work right.

If I add a slider for the auto reset option what should the minimum number be based off of do you think? I don't want the minimum number to be 1 because that will be every hour on an hourly lock and every day on a daily one which will create a lock that will probably never end.

I can look at adding it when I'm working on the lock options screen.

I would say around 20-24 to start.

The bots could have a variation based on there temperament.

For example:

Kind could be 23 - 28.
Mean could be 20 - 25.

But it really all depends on the deck really.

It might be possible to have one around the 12 marker but that seems a little too harsh to begin with.
