Thanks for your reply to my question.
I realized that 'check ins' are a lot of extra work for the key holder/lock designer and was only wondering about the mechanics of how they worked, and how much control you had over the 'check in' option.

Also, tie my fate to the polls.

@opsequium @Sidlicious @puppydog99x @ByDaBalls @UrFortune @Littleman @alnath @Peaky77 @Minotaur @LockMe @Miss Mareike the polls are closed and with 50% of the vote one of you will have there locks reset back to your original pick bad news for one of you great news for the rest!...….. so more bad news after running the poll I have ran into a couple unforeseen problems. I cant close the poll! I cant make a new one on this forum page! I cant delete the current on! the only way to run new polls would be to create a new forum post but that will flood the forum with new posts from one lock and I don't want to keep pushing other great locks made by other keyholders to page two just for a poll. also not a single vote for anything nice up on the poll! I don't want it to be all stick and no carrot and I think it will only be stick if I left it the poll, another problem iv realized is the % system I made it a % rather than days or hours because if you loaded a lock and got 9 weeks a extra 12hrs is nothing but on the other hand if you loaded a set with a max of one week and got 1 week added off the bat you have doubled your time on your first poll! so I went % but iv realized that if you are on say a 6 week lock and I run a poll 3 times a week that adds even 10% of 6 weeks by 2 weeks into your lock your locking up for the rest of the year! so I will be going to plan b! from now on every unchosen number will also have....for now I'm gonna call it a change card(work in progress) that will activate when someone enters the lock and it will apply to your locks they will be fair in the fact that some will be nice some will be mean and some will be nice to some and mean to others. lhock

sorry about the changes the lock is defiantly in early access stage of release. and I am grateful your patience while I iron out the issues.

also @Miss Mareike you are yet to answer my question on here or respond on discord I we be unlocking soon if you continue to ignore.

I hope that the issues with the poll can be resolved.
That was fun and I'd hate to see it as a one shot deal.

As for the carrot and the stick problem I think that can be fixed with careful wording of the question.

An example question:
Remove 1 day from half of the lockees and add 1 day to the other half of the lockees selected at random.

Put the carrot and stick together in the same question so that when you vote on it you don't know which group you will be in.

Whatever you come up with I'll be looking forward to playing with it.
