As long there are no physical issues you should be good. The mind tends to go a bit crazy, especially if you're not used to being locked for that long. Others describe is as an up and down. Try to relax and enjoy the time locked.

Really depends on the Keyholder of your choice and your limits i guess. A paddle for spanks, a collar, ballgag, nippleclamps, pen and paper for lines are probably the basics. Icyhot/Deep Heat and a plug if you wish to.
