Having a similar experience now. I planned on a 1-2 day session and she added a ton of yellow and freeze cards. The estimate is up to 5 days now, and I am two days in. Ugh.

I do frequently. I have a shop on my property and when I work in it I sometimes wear prison jumpsuits and ankle shackles. When I plan an evening in the shop, I dress in the house, put chains on, and go to the shop. It is a short walk (25') between the back door and the shop, and it is mostly blocked from view from out neighbors. The fun part is, when I go out the back door, I lock it behind me. Now to get back into the house, I have to walk around the front! Obviously, I have to wait until late at night. To make it a little worse, I have motion-sensing lights all around my house. Hard to be unseen when the light comes on and one is wearing a black and white jumpsuit with their ankles shackled!

In reality, there is virtually nothing that can not be cut, broken, or defeated in some way. This has been a source of frustration for me most of my life. I am pretty handy and have lots of tools, so whatever is out there can be broken, cut, etc.
Some may see this as extreme, but here is what I came up with as a solution:
First, find a device that you can wear long term. I highly advise testing this before you commit. The device must have a way to attach a security seal, one that can not be duplicated.
Next, fine a person who is "in the know" and willing to help out. They do not have to do anything more than sign up for an online service. I recommend this be someone you trust and is honorable, and willing to help. I also recommend you pay them as part of the deal.
Next, sign up with an online escrow service like Guard-It or any other. The escrow agreement can be a personal agreement between you and your helper. I recommend identifying it as a personal contract for weight loss or something similar. You deposit the largest sum of money you can, something you do NOT want to lose. The agreement will be for whatever time you want, and at the conclusion of the time, if the helper verifies the seal is in place, your money is returned to you and they get their payment from it. If the seal is broken, they get the escrow funds.
Finally, lock yourself up, seal the device, have them verify it.
Now, you are locked up, and if you violate the seal, you lose your money. You make it and you get it back, minus the fee you agreed on.
