I'm sad to say you probably loaded at the wrong time. The maker of the app essentially shut everything down and I imagine the reason the keyholder isn't doing anything is because he closed up shop and left like everyone else. Try Chaster.

Random story about how Drinking and chastity doesn't mix.

So, to start, I had been drinking. Shocker. Not much, but I'm a lightweight. I hadn't locked in a while because I had misplaced my emergency key. Well, I just happened to find it while drunk and immediately went to put it in a place where I knew I'd find it when I sobered up. My key safe!

Skip ahead to the next day and I go to retrieve the key, except it wasn't 0000 like it always is when I'm not locked. I couldn't get IN to the safe and both keys were inside.

I effectively locked myself OUT of chastity until I could figure out how to get them back. 

I had to learn to pick the safe. I got the keys back but it was bittersweet because now I know how to get my keys back without the code.

Yeah, don't drink and deny my friends.

Not that it will matter for much longer, but you can make a new lock in the app, then post the QR code here. Anyone who loads the lock, will be under your control. The degree of which depends on the details of the lock and if they allow you control by removing the keyholder limitations when they load the lock.
