Battery life is approximately 48 hours.

Charge it when you can to keep it charged and see how long you can keep it alive. Warning that over charging can lead to unexpected behaviour on your battery. When the battery is flat it's game over.

Currently 2 have survived the system restore lock. Both lasting just over 40 days.
If you want to give this a try let me have a rough idea of your limits as I can make it shorter. If you are feeling brave let me know if you want to try and break the record.

Thanks for the feedback. Pleased to hear you like the topic.

I think it is interesting exploring different perspectives.

I know some people getting excited by the idea of commiting to a distant lock up date but I guess part of me prefers the idea of keeping the focus more on the here and now. That way I feel keyholders have more power because they can more freely decide in the moment.

I think the problem with emoji is people start attaching there own meaning to them. They can be a fun way to communicate without any chat functionality but they aren't always easy to interpret.

I still think 3 states are needed in some form. So people can differentiate between the selfish desire to unlock and emergency circumstances. Although keys are an option some keyholder relationships prefer to work with a process where there is time to notify the keyholder first. I guess keyholders can always agree a system which works for them.

ChastiKey Chat / Rolling Locks
« on: December 27, 2018, 09:19:25 AM »
So I've sort of had this idea for a rolling lock.

The basic idea of the concept is the lock would be set for a shortish period of time say 48 hours. Then before the 48 hours is up the lockee can decide if they want a further 24/48 hours added. This would keep rolling until the lockee dicides they can no longer continue.

The reason I had this idea was to help offer locks to beginners/ people who are unable to commit to a long term lock or thos who like to see hiw long they can last. A rolling lock would encourage the lockee to asses how they are and if the can survive the next few days. This should help a lockee build up a level of trust with a keyholder and would provide a more consensual dynamic on both sides to the stricter keyholder dynamic the app currently offers.

With a bit of work I'm sure this could be hosted using a fixed lock but may be easier for a keyholder to manage as a separate lock type with a daily voting system.

One of the potential problems I see using fixed locks is timezones and how a possible 8 hour sleep may lead to a keyholder not updating the lock in time.

As each day the lockee would have 4 possible responses in there 24 hour vote.

Green, everything is ok and no potential problems. 24/48 hours would be added.
Yellow, i would love to unlock but I'm surviving. (What keyholders consider the sweet spot) 24/48 hours would be added.
Red, I need out asap. 12 hours would be added so the lockee can change there mind. When this time is up the lock ends. Keys would still be available for a real emergency.
Fail to vote in time, 24 hours would be added for a single missed vote but a 2nd or 3rd consecutive missed vote would end the lock.

Votes would be set in the 24 hour window, timers not hidden. Users can change there mind during the 24 hours but when the vote window ends the flag is cleared and the changes are applied.

As an added twist the responses could impact the number of keys required to unlock.
Green = 3x as all should be ok.
Yellow = 2x
Red = 1x
Fail = value of last vote.

An hourly option might also work for self bondage users.

Be interested in hearing if anyone has any thoughts on the concept and the possible dynamics.

For anyone interested in possible challenges on offer, I'm wondering how many resets it would take before someone manages to work out the card distribution of the 32 cards in this deck.

Or how long it takes to find 50 or 100 green cards.

Introduction
Does your computer slow down, freeze or randomly crash? Sounds like you could use a system restore.

System Deck
32bit card system structured to last a little more than a few days but interactions will certainly keep it going longer.

Repair Process
Crashes (Blue), Freezing (White) and duplicate processes (Purple and Yellow) may require a simple defrag or the extreme system restore to be completed when I have a gap in my schedule.

Challenge
Optimize as much of your data (green) as you can.

System Administration
Places are limited and keys enabled for emergencies.
I enjoy playing with cards and like to offer the occasional card wager if you're interested. Not looking to control or humiliate anyone with tasks so look for a strickter keyholder if that's your thing.

Leave a message below if you're unlocked, can survive over a week and interested in joining the lock. I will PM you with the details if I have any spaces.

I'm also on discord although I'll only reply when I have time. UK timezone.

Due to limited interest I am postponing this lock challenge for the foreseeable future.

Instead I will soon be launching a new invite only lock based on some ideas I shared with one of my lock users. Details will probably be posted on this forum sometime next week.

Until then keep an eye out for a post about System Restore 32bit if you're interested.

Longest lock was just under 6 days although it was tempting to add another reset card near the end.

Based on the first few locks this appears to run about 2.5 days with a few updates but I can make it go a lot longer with a bit more interaction if anyone is interested.

If you're using the Android version can you please see if you can paste text in the text box on the restore account screen. I'm specifically interested in knowing if you can paste text that was copied from outside of the app. It doesn't work on my device but the developers of AGK says it works for them.

Tested in Android 7.0 on a Huawei P10 and its working ok.

This lock is no longer active, keep an eye out for my new lock coming soon.

Chastity can be frustrating like fixing a faulty computer. Especially when you have to avoid the blue screen of death.

Load if you enjoy the challenge. This should be a short experimental lock. Expected runtime should be between 1 to 5 days.

I'm on discord if you want to discuss or gamble on making it longer.

For anyone interested in this lock I'm now planning to release it after Loctober. Date and time to be confirmed as I want to make it fair for all involved.

If you're already owned by a keyholder I should really have there permission before you consider entering the challenge. Keyholders would be welcome to join the contest via there lockees if they want the fun of winning back there property by suggesting when they can play with there cards. Will they try and help you out in a few days or would they prefer to earn you an extra week or 2.

General Chat / Re: what's the worst / more evil card
« on: October 08, 2018, 06:15:39 PM »
I think it depends on the scenario but I would say resets are the worst as it resets the number of green. Especially when left with one to find. They can also be a kind of saviour against the double up depending on the timing although it is never fun to end up back at the beginning.

Decided to delay running this lock until a later date as most people seem to be enjoying locktober and other interesting locks.

Anyone interested let me know, looking for a minimum of 3 to make the competative stealth challenge more interesting.

Alpha Test Program
New mystery, stealth, reset challenge.

Overview
So you think you're a code breaker? Put your skills to the test decrypting the Alpha Program. Keep an eye out for the key file (QRcode) and race against other hackers to crack the mystery encryption.

Mine the key file for as many key codes (cumulative chances) as possible to help you crack the encryption. Mining codes takes patience with a limited number unscrambled per day.

Be warned some key codes may be invalid (Red) or cause delays by freezing your system (white) or contaminating it with a virus which spurns out invalid codes (purple and yellow).

Finding the first successful key code(green) will release a security alert. You will have a limited time to find the remaining codes before the lock resets and new codes will be required.

Aim to crack the encryption as quicky as possible as the first player to crack the code will scramble the remaining locks.

Additional Information
Keyholder restrictions will be removed and keys will be enabled for emergencies. The rest will remain a mystery.

Have fun and enjoy as it could be a bumpy road ahead. Be prepared for a few weeks locked up and remember to use your limited codes wisely.

Awaiting file transfer
