You might have a medical problem.  You should talk with your regular doctor or a urologist.  It may be a little embarrassing, but you might uncover a serious problem than can be dealt with if caught early enough.  Good luck.

I have similar issue after a day or two... I'm in a constant arousal state and drip precum on regulare past...
