I'm curious what devices people are using, more cages then belts but would love to hear anyone's experiences, likes, or dislikes about them. I've tried a neoprene POS off Amazon, the cb2000, the cb6000, and am currently locked in the vice mini

I started with a CB6000 knockoff.  Tried a few other cheap chinese metal ones to figure out size, fit comfort.  Got my first custom (Red Chili) which in retrospect was too small (tip: don't measure in winter!).  I then saw the Steelworxx Steelheart and fell in love.  Got pierced, gauged up and now wear my favourite cage.

All in all it's taken a few years to do this.  I must admit if someone made a good quality Holy Trainer in stainless I'd get one of those to try.

For my current cage: Pros: It's completely enclosed.  Oftentimes I don't feel like I have a cock at all.  Other times I find myself just rubbing the polished surface.  Being pierced makes it super secure in my mind - because let's face it, a lot of chastity is mental, not the physical.  Cons:  Being totally enclosed is a pain to keep clean.  My cages were better, but I could stimulate myself through them which wasn't my aim.

Overall, the biggest hassle now is finding good underwear that keeps everything close and snug to the body.

I purchased three cheap ones to see what this is all about and to see about sizing, prior to investing in more expensive ones.  Of the three, one works really well, one doesn't work at all, and the third works, but is a small one.  I can get into it but damn... any, and I mean ANY, growth at all and I'm in trouble.  I would actually recommend this route for a beginner who doesn't want to invest in an expensive cage to start with... (Whoop!  time to try my lock again!  Dmn... added two reds...)   Buy two to four of the cheap ones and try them out.  This will let you understand what size you are most comfortable with, both Ring size and tube size.  Additionally it will let you actually understand what happens when you lock up.  Imperative to have a keyholder as you need to NOT be in charge of the key to get the full effect. 

CB-Zero from Steelworxx with a PA fixing for me. The security, because of the PA fixing and the fact that it’s all metal, is outstanding. It is also easy to keep clean and, frankly, looks hot as hell! :-)

I'm in a Chinese steel version of the HTv3 Nub. Secured with a tether spout into a steel rivet nut.

I started off trying several cages and always had the same problem. When I got the morning woody as I lay in bed asleep, the body was warm, the testicles were slack and there was always a gap between the device and my body. That is where my erection grew, pushing the cage further and further away from my body to the point where my erection was trying to tear my balls from my body - excruciating pain.

Now the waist band takes the strain of controlling my erection, not my testicles. Attempted erections, including the morning woody, are a bit uncomfortable rather than painful.

After urinating, I have a hand wash bottle filled with soapy water which I spray into and around the area. It works fine  although I've never tried more than 24 hour stints

I played with various CB-[236]000 type devices, the problem with all of them being that you can pull out. Then they came out with the PA-5000, a simple tube with a hook that's inserted through the bottom of the tube, through a PA piercing, and then is locked into place. I was hooked (pardon the pun)!

The three problems I had with the PA-5000 were:

• Being just a tube, it tends to ride forward over time, pulling on your piercing, which is obviously not good. A relatively snug fit, and adjusting its position from time to time, minimizes that issue.
• It's made from two halves welded together, and over time the weld can start to split, also very bad. This can be prevented by running super glue into the seams before you start using it. The problem with that though is that it makes the device look ugly.
• Even though it's inescapable, I found it pretty easy to sexually stimulate my penis still, and pretty much couldn't help myself.

All of that is moot now though, as I'm pretty sure it's been discontinued.

Since the PA-5000 though, I ran across a company that makes custom, 3D-printed devices that hook through a PA, and lock to a ring at the back, like most cages (sorry, I can't remember the company's name). They're expensive though, so while I was saving my pennies and working up the nerve to order one, I found a very inexpensive knock off on Amazon that comes in two sizes, and three different colors. I ordered one, and I LOVE IT. It's by far the most comfortable device I've ever worn, is 100% secure, and prevents me from stimulating my penis in any way. The picture attached to this post is me wearing it. Also, I see the same device is also available on Ali Express.
