Hey so I’m not sure if there’s a place that I should post this but is there a technical support forum or email or something like that?

Specifically I’m trying to See if something has gone wrong with my latest lock. I’ve successfully unlocked it but it seems the combination has changed. I did at one point disable the early release keys and re-save the lock.  Not sure if that might’ve caused a glitch or something of that sort.

I figured out the problem, and it was the same bug that plagues most systems...human error.  That said is this the best place to send tech issues?
