Most people are connected fine, but there may be issues in some countries. Germany is one where a few users are experiencing issues. If you have access to VPN you could try routing through from another country to see if that helps

Access problems from different countries are common; to get rid of them, you can use a VPN. But it doesn't always help because many servers can already recognize VPN and block access to the server. I used to actively use VPN in my work, but my friend advised me to buy affordable vps hosting for a good reason. It is much more convenient to work on separate IP servers. Websites are much faster to use, and I am happy to be anonymous. It is not so difficult to achieve anonymity on the Internet now.

I am in USA and can’t get in the last couple days. Haven’t had an issue this online previously. I am on iOS and have restarted my device and app. No luck. I was in it earlier this week without issue.
