One lock times, not only one chance crate.

My Keyholder's have a good game:
One lock times, not only one chance crate.
But she told me: Why don't create for one code a lot of chance.
So I think it's a good setup for a good game.

And the other:
The chances list  sequense is the created time.
I think for the easier use, the "Tap to try & unlock" chance take to top of the list.

For your first one do you mean one shared lock will have a different setting each time it's used? Completely different setting?

And sorry but I'm struggling to understand your second game. Could you please explain a little more?

I think I understand your second one now. Are you saying you want the locks sorted in the list based on when they are ready to tap? So have all of the ones that are ready for you to pick a card for at the top of the list until you've picked.

If so that's a good idea. I won't add it to the next version but I'll add it to the roadmap for a future version.

Not entirely correct.
We have a "4.5'' Combination Lock Storage Case Keys Box Wall Mounted Digital Key Locker". Only one. But my Keyholder love the gambling. And she create lot of chance, for one code.
When I have a code (because i choose a green card), I don't no this code is correct for the numlock, or not.
She saed: "Why don't have a settings in the create: How many "chance" makeing?"
But creating 10, or 15 chance line with same setting, only one hides the correct code.
I attach for a last code attempt. It was a incorrect code  , so the game continues  .

The other is my think, for the easier use, if I have a lot of chance line.
The view order of list, the order of created. It is correct, but when I have a "Tap to try & unlock" lines, not view. My think, it's better this lines, take the beginning of the list.
And take down, the locked lines (Next Chance In: ......)

Other remark: The move of list (up-down), very sluggish, and not flick or flung.

I understand what you mean about the extra chances now. I'll pencil it in as a suggestion to look at. I do like that you've found a way to increase the fun for you and your keyholder though by using lots of locks for the one release. It must be frustrating going to the keybox to find out it's a dud combination

And I will definitely look at sorting the list on the first screen in a near future update.

As for the slow scrolling this might be a little harder for me to fix because it wasn't built the normal method an Android non-gaming app would be built so it doesn't have any of the UI standards you'd expect from an Android app. It was built in a game engine that has no pre-built UI components. I'll play around after version 2.2.0 in a small project to see what UI improvements like flick to fast scroll I could make.

Need a little help with this one! I'm looking for peoples opinions on the wording for a new option to be added to the lock options screen when setting up a new lock.

When you select a variable lock and before the "Enable early release with a purchased key" option I'm thinking of this option:

Header: Create dud copies?
Options: Yes / No

When Yes is selected you will see a new option:
Header: How many copies?
Options: slider from 1 to 20 (minus the number of locks you already have)

Basically if you create one or more copy only one of the locks will have the correct combination code. I think this is easy enough for me to do but I'm struggling to find suitable wording to use for the options and wording that makes sense.

I need help as I don't really like the current wording "dud copies". But if everyone else thinks it's suitable and it's clear what it's for and what it does then I'll go with it. Other possibilities would be "Create fake copies", "Create false copies", "Create pseudo copies"

This is based on Elzarts request above. Anyone else interested in this? I can definitely see how frustrating it would be to get a combination shown and find out it's the wrong one.

This will only really work for variable locks. It wouldn't work on fixed locks as all copies of the fixed lock would end at the same time. The keyholder would have similar settings when setting up a lock and they would need to see which lock is the real one.

This is an option that you'd see when creating your own locks so it's suitable for solo play.

Tease copies, alternate copies, torment copies

I've got the new option working ready for the next update and I've attached some screenshots to show what it looks like.

screenshot01 is the option you will see when creating a new lock or loading a shared lock. I decided not to give the keyholder the option when they are creating locks to share. The number of copies you can make depends on the number of slots you have left. So if you already have one lock created and you're creating a new one that leaves 18 slots left, so you can have up to 18 copies of the lock, each with a fake combination.

screenshot02 shows what it looks like for the keyholder. They can easily see what lock is the real one and which is the fake ones. The real ones won't have (Fake Lock) next to the usernames. In the screenshot the real one is the 4th lock (the bottom one). I think the fake ones need to be in the list because if you only had the real one showing and that was the only one you was able to modify it will become obvious to the user locked which one is the real one.

screenshot03 shows what copies of the locks would look like for the user that's locked up. They won't know which is the real lock.

Imagine revealing a green card, running to your safe happy because you can finally unlock only to find the combination doesn't work so you have to wait until one of the other locks reveal a green card. Now imagine what that would be like with 10 fake copies

I can't wait to try this option that would be such an exciting tease... thinking the safe was going to open only to realize it is the wrong combo and you have to wait longer! Looking forward to seeing some of the options you and I discussed in our emails as well.

Yeah your options will make it in a near future update. I've got some UI designers lined up to create some mock-up screens for the manage users screens as I'm not really much of a designer. I'll get them on board soon to see what they come up with.

I think, the game will be better and more teasing without (fake copy) next to the username to help the wearer to be more frustrated
but for the holder (s)he will have only one management session, so holder can easily manage the session as one and only one even if wearer will like to have 20 fake sessions

The problem with the keyholder only seeing the real lock is that they will only be able to modify the real one which means the user locked will quickly see which is the real lock as it's the only one changing.

If it turns out that keyholders are getting frustrated seeing too many locks I'll have to consider options to hide some of them.

And the user locked won't see fake lock so they won't know which one is real.

One option if it does become annoying for keyholders is to only ever show one random fake lock and the real one so most they will ever see at once is two, even if the user locked created 19 fakes

I've solved the problem with the keyholder seeing too many fake locks in their list.

When you create a new lock to share you will be given the option to allow users that load it to create fake combination copies and you can set the maximum amount you want to manage? If you don't want to see 19 fake copies from one user then set a smaller number like 3. Every time someone loads the lock they will be allowed to create fake copies if they choose and only up to the maximum that you're willing to manage i.e. 3.

Screenshot attached. I may change the wording a little before it's released.

Any shared locks created before the next version will be automatically set as "no" to fake copies being allowed so if you want to allow it you will need to create new locks to share when it's released.
