Max Time Question

Hi, its been a while but i did a lockup again...
Can someone clarify something for me.
When creating a fixed lock, i have minimum and max duaration. Can the max time be ignored by a bot (or person) or is it really max?

Bots and real keyholders can take you beyond the max time on a fixed lock. If you need it to end at a specific time I would recommend a solo lock with no bot/keyholder.
