Following Chase

I just started my new lock with Chase as my key holder. I’m trying to “follow” him but all I get when I click the follow button is the spinning wheel and it never actually lets me follow him. Any help appreciated!

I could be mistaken, but I don't think that one is able to follow any of the bots. I believe the follow function is just valid on members.

I'm a bit late to respond, but you can follow bots, and they follow you back. Chase has 582 followers so far. I've just tested following Chase and it worked. You may have been having connection issues at the time.

What is the point of following the bots?

No point. It was added to give a tiny bit of realism because they follow back

How do you follow a bot?

When you click on their name you will be taken to their profile where you will see a 'Follow' button.

Their name is clickable on the 'My Locks' screen where its says Locked by Chase
