Desktop ChastiKey?

I have a friend who has ChastiKey and I am keen to lock her using it. However, at present I don't have a mobile device I can safely use for this. Is there a desktop version of the app for Macs? Just wondering. Thanks in advance for any advice.

An idea is, to create a web interface so you can have access through any web browser. I don't know, how hard it would be to do that.

Very hard for me as I don't have the experience and I've never enjoyed designing websites. The language I used has the option to export to HTML with the same code, but half of the commands do not work. It also creates the same problem as to why there's no desktop app (which is easier for me to create) and that is there's no easy/known way to sell keys in the app with the language used. I only have access to in app purchases via App Store and Play Store.

I can give you one suggestion.
On Mac OSX you can download Xcode for free from AppStore. It's official developement tool and it contains mobile devices emulator.
Emulators can download apps from AppStore with your AppleID. But be careful!!! you can delete the virtual device by mistake or by some junk cleaner.
Test it before real run.

Many thanks Kevin and all of you for the suggestions. I'll try the emulator route first of all, then maybe Xcode if that doesn't work out.
