corrupted lock

Chastikey seemed to crash, and when it came back, one of my locks seems to have corrupted:

The lock should say locked for 155 hours, not 18871 days. It also lost the face icon, and flag I had set... There are 0 chances and no next chance countdown happening on this lock either.

Is this fixable on the server side or is it just hosed?

Try the option on the menu that lets you refresh the locks from the server. If that doesn't solve it then let me know and I'll fix it.

Hi Kevin,

When I refresh from the server, the lock icon shows unlocked, and I now have 452919 chances, but the hours locked is correct at 156...

So it's closer, but not quite right yet. Try to fix it on your end, I guess...

Ok hours are correct, 3 chances sounds right, but the icon next to the trash can to delete the lock is an unlocked lock... should I worry about that? The card counts seem off too, like only 26 reds does not seem correct.

Please try again now. I missed the red card count before my last message, but fixed those afterwards. I've also removed the unlock option. It looks like from the other lock you disabled keys. Let me know if that's incorrect and I'll put them back.

mmm spoke too soon, the card counts are off, there are 100 reset cards! and the reds are still 26... Refreshed a few times so yeah...

It was rebuilt based on log data because when it got curropted the card counts were missing for most cards. Let me check to see if it's accidentally picked up data from another lock log when rebuilding

Ok yes, that looks right, as well as the estimated times are back and no Resets, plus the 4 double ups are there so we are good!
