Check in bell

Am using chastikek on my ipad,cannot see any check in bell on my lock screens.am i missing something. I tried logging out and back in but nothing

Please send a screenshot and the lock ID and I'll have a look

Your locks do not have the required data for check-ins. I can see the keyholder lock does but I have no way of knowing if it was added after you loaded the lock or not.

I've updated your locks with the correct check in data so you will need to go to the app menu and choose refresh locks from server

That would be the reason then. Any changes the keyholder makes to their master shared lock won't trickle down to the lockees that are currently locked with it.

You should have check ins now though if you refresh the locks from server as described above.
