Motivational bondage

Anyone else use bondage to help self motivate and or relax?

Personally I’ve chained myself to my desk until my taxes were done, and just yesterday I chained myself to a tree for a few hours just to force myself to relax.

Curiosity if anyone else does this.

I do! I like to chain myself to my desk, chair, ankles to a floor anchor or my chain collar to a short tetterchain. Always in chastity just to make sure. I do that to concentrate on a report. I even take calls from clients while chained down. That is really fun. Motivational bondage is usually very effective. But the bondage itself is distracting for me. It can be counterproductive because I do like to add bondage during teh day. So i could end up so restricted that typing gets harder and a massive gag blocks all speech.
And at the end of the day it is just a tap on the phone adding a few hours.

There is one good business friend who knows about this little habit. Not all details but he knows I need a 4-digit number when my work is finished. So I send in the work and he gives me the code when satisfied. The "downside" being He is very busy an His reply can take some hours.

That sounds like fun.. How do you use the restroom during that time? Do you wear a diaper or something?

I do frequently. I have a shop on my property and when I work in it I sometimes wear prison jumpsuits and ankle shackles. When I plan an evening in the shop, I dress in the house, put chains on, and go to the shop. It is a short walk (25') between the back door and the shop, and it is mostly blocked from view from out neighbors. The fun part is, when I go out the back door, I lock it behind me. Now to get back into the house, I have to walk around the front! Obviously, I have to wait until late at night. To make it a little worse, I have motion-sensing lights all around my house. Hard to be unseen when the light comes on and one is wearing a black and white jumpsuit with their ankles shackled!
