BOT Update Notification
« on: April 22, 2019, 06:54:08 AM »
Hello,

I am new here as I have just discovered this program and system.  So far it sounds like something that I can definitely benefit from and am testing it out slowly.

I created a variable lock, controlled by Hailey.  When to my surprise I look at the phone and see that she updated the lock just moments before.  But I have no ideal as to how she did adjust it.  Does the system hide this adjustment by default?  Or am I not looking in the right place?  Thank You.

An alert is shown inside the app describing the update made if the card info isn't hidden. If you missed or didn't see the alert you can press the info button om the lock and you'll see information about the lock including the last 5 keyholder updates

Good to know.  Thank You.

Another question.  Why is it that sometimes when I create a lock,,, instead of just 1 lock the system will create multiple locks?

You must have chosen to create fake copies, there's an option when creating locks to also create fake locks

Oh okay.  I was thinking that the fakes would mean that the system might reveal an unlock code and it was random as to if it would work or not.  I didn't realize that it would duplicate the lock and then the fakes would have fake unlock codes.  Interesting and good to know.
